HP Technology Leadership Seminar

On 25th June last Hewlett-Packard (HP) Imaging and Printing Group arranged a informative session at Dhaka on HP Technology Update followed by a gala dinner at Radisson Water Garden Hotel. Invitees from more than 100 large and medium corporate customers participated in this grand event. HP is the largest IT equipment manufacturer in the world having over US$100 billion revenue world-wide in 2007. HP is ranked as number world-wide in mono and color laser printers, scanners, large format printers, print servers, ink and laser supplies. HP has supplied over 525 million printers world-wide; among them are over 100 million laserjet printers.



William See, Country Sales Manager AEC of HP gave a presentation on how HP is offering their customers more value for money. He shared live examples how customers world-wide benefited by using HP having low total cost of ownership in long-run yet having high customer satisfaction level. Belinda Lee and Albert Seah, Market Development Manager AEC of HP highlighted the inventions that it has incorporated in their products. They mentioned that HP printers uses unique print languages in their device drivers which reduce the load on customers office network and delivers much faster output with superior print quality using HP ImageREt Technology. HP inkjet printers can deliver upto 1.2 million directly printable colors which is the highest in the industry, using HP PhotoREt technology. HP Print Cartridges uses unique state of the technology chemically grown toner particles in their laserJet print cartridges which delivers more crisp, vibrant and life-like images. Sarower Choudhury and A.K. Azad, Sales Manager HP operation in Bangladesh highlighted the HP product ranges available in Bangladesh market.
