Six Bangladeshi Companies in GITEX Dubai

Bangladesh Association of Software & Information Services (BASIS) in collaboration with Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) has participated in GITEX Technology Week 2011, the world’s top ICT expo in Dubai World Trade Centre. GITEX has been officially inaugurated on October 9, 2011 by the His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The participating six Bangladesh IT companies are Business Automation Ltd., Datasoft Systems Bangladesh Ltd., Ethics Advance Technology Ltd., G5 Technologies Ltd., Technovista Limited and The Databiz Software Bangladesh Ltd. While other two companies – Corporate IT Limited and Structured Data Systems Ltd. have participated as visitor.

GITEX fair is one of the largest IT event in the Middle East. Bangladesh has been participating in the fair for the last few years.

The participating companies are expecting a good response business prospects from this expo.

National Data Center Established at Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) has achieved International TIER 3 Certification.
